  I think this was the only developer who offered customised design for the new build house, unfortunately we didn’t go for it because of the location (Basildon). But definitely their properties stand out as they are quite stylish.

  Absolute disgrace of a company. I’ve had problems since the day I moved in nearly 4 years ago which still have not been resolved.
  
  I currently have water leaking in my living room and causing damp which has been like this for the last 6months and yet nobody takes this seriously. Still waiting for this ‘design defect ‘ to be resolved.
  
  For your own peace of mind and sanctity, avoid at all costs. Please feel free to contact me directly for more information or evidence of how you are treated once you purchase a home from nu living.

  Perhaps the worst company currently on the property market. Impressive designs on paper un-liveable houses?! Charming until they get you hooked. Customer service below zero, architectural knowledge below zero. After faults become apparent and situation tangled they treat clients like it was their fault. Do a deep research before you commit. However , as tempting and promising it is whatever they offer I strongly advise to avoid any involvement with Nu Living.

  My name is Sophia and we are living in the units in Blackwall. We decided with my husband to do the big step and buy our flat through NU living. Now we regret the time that we did it. The building is beautiful and our flat amazing but tell me what can we do with this amazing view of rubbish that we have outside our building every single day? The few bins that they builded outside are NOT enough to support 3 buildings that its supposed to. When we talked with them their answer was that its not our job. All the residents of our building created a team including us as well complaining to them but their answers were pathetic! They took action only couple of times just to take a photo and write an article showing off about how amazing company they are and how fast they can solve the problems with the slogan Now You See It, Now You DON'T! An article full of lies! They don't do their job properly, we pay for nothing, we suffer with a pile full rubbish exactly outside our building door and feeling ashamed of inviting people at our home. As well we supposed to pay money for concierge which we don't have apparently cause our parcels are pilled and unprotected in the front entrance room of our building and the last period a thief is coming inside our building stealing them. When we said this problem to them their answer was to report to the police and there is nothing else they can do. As you can imagine we continue loosing parcels and US (THE RESIDENTS) by ourselves are protecting the parcels like dogs because the people that are supposed to solve the problems they don't do their job. I'm COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED, SAD AND DISGUSTED by their job. There are other problems that we had with them as well but honestly its gonna take me longer to write and list all of them. I am sad to say but think a lot before you buy or rent something through them!
